Assistant General Manager

It is the responsibility of the Assistant General Manager to provide oversight and manage all parking operations and functions under the direction of the General Manager. To provide leadership and direction to multiple levels while working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Train and develop a service-oriented team to provide excellent customer service.
Assist the General Manager in monitoring and forecast financials to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
Implement company policies and procedures consistently.
Hire and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage and smooth operations.
Act as liaison between the company and the airport.
Deal with union labor matters.
Must be willing to relocate if necessary.

Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Experience in labor unions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
College degree or equivalent experience.
Three years or more of management experience at an airport parking/shuttle facility preferred.
