TrustPoint Hospital care is seeking to hire a talented and dynamic Nurse Leader! House Supervisor - Registered Nurse The successful incumbent will be responsible for the overnight operations of the facility to ensure adequate staffing to provide optimal patient care. Provide, delegate, coordinate and evaluate care of patients through the collaborative efforts of team/unit leaders and in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practice. Provide general nursing care as the point administrator.
Responsible for day to day oversite of nursing operations of the facility and ensures staffing is adequate to provide care. When scheduled, oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
Function as the lead nurse onDay Shift (7p-5p) Mon-Thursday
Strong leadership skills, knowledge of staffing and personnel management and quality customer service skills.
