Physical Therapist - Relief - Abington Jefferson, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania

The Physical Therapist works under the general supervision of the Director Rehabilitation Medicine and Associate Director Rehabilitation Medicine to carry out prescribed treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and/or decrease pain in patients who may range in age from infancy through late adulthood. The Physical Therapist is responsible for maintaining high standards of care as established by the Division of Rehabilitation Medicine. This position reports to the Associate Director Rehabilitation Medicine.


Experience: 1 year Physical Therapy experience preferred, new graduates accepted

Education & Training: BS, MS, DPT or Certification in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university required.

License, Certification & Registration: Licensure as a Physical Therapist from the Pennsylvania State Board of Professional and Occupational Affairs or Licensure Eligibility required.

Other Requirements: Strong communication skills, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
