JOB SUMMARY

The Enterprise Business Intelligence Director is the accountable leader for direct facilitation of EBI reporting optimization and integration activities with an emphasis on connection within Epic and/or other Clinical and Analytics application platforms. As a part of the Enterprise Analytics team, the director will work to develop strategy and resolve issues, while enhancing reporting adoption/satisfaction, driving standardization, and utilizing data and metrics to address enterprise organization initiatives.

EBI Systems Leadership & Partnerships

The Enterprise Business Intelligence Director develops, organizes, and leads the implementation and sustainability of system's strategies to promote a culture of safety and high reliability across Jefferson Enterprise. Monitors and promotes adoption of system wide analytics platforms including claims based analytics tools, clinical systems dashboards and reports, and Clarity/Crystal reports & query development and platforms. Coordinates multiple, complex project plans for system level initiatives that analytics across the enterprise. Develops and foster strategic partnerships with many departments including Clinical, HR, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Academics, and other corporate services.

Functional Requirements
  • Encourage and lead the enterprise analytics team to deliver data to the enterprise using a scale of analytics tool.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to help set data strategies, Enterprise analytics on organizational forums, initiate and debate key strategic topics and opportunities for the EA team's work, and drive bold high-impact decisions.
  • Develop analytics roadmaps, establishing key milestones and deliverables.
  • Deliver innovative data-related solutions.
  • Ensure data is reliable, consistent, accessible, secure and timely to support our mission and vision of the organization.
  • Ensure consistent reporting of KPIs and documentation, including technical definitions and their business applications.
  • Instill an inclusive team culture that is both passionate and collaborative.
  • Lead strong strategic partnerships
  • Other Duties as assigned by the SVP, Analytics, CNIO, CIO or other Senior Leaders.


Qualifications

Education:
  • Master's in related field (required)

Experience:
  • 3-5 years leadership experience as an Enterprise Manager or Director required
  • Certification (preferred), Clinical Licensure(Preferred) ( Nursing, Allied Health, Pharmacy)
  • 2-5 years in Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, and/or Business Intelligence
